8:30am Meet outside Diocesan Junior School hall in Dobok for briefing
9:00am Warm up / preparation 30 MIN
9:30am Form-up & formal Introductions for Examiners / Guests
9:35am Closed session 1 - Physical 3 HR
12:30pm Lunch Break (Please pack own lunch)
1:30pm Warm up / preparation 15 MIN
1:45pm Form-up
1:50pm - 4pm Closed session 2 - Physical 2.5 HR
4:15pm Bow out.

SUNDAY 1 DECEMBER
9:00am Warm up / preparation 30 MIN
9:30am Form-up & formal Introductions for Examiners / Guests
9:35am Closed session 1 - Physical 2.5 HR
