VRMA BLACKBELT GRADING SCHEDULE
6 - 7 DECEMBER 2025

SATURDAY 6 DECEMBER.
1st Half of the day, all gradees to attend. 2nd Half, just those applying for 1st Dan +

8:15am All applicants meet at Diocesan Junior School hall in Dobok for briefing
8:30am Warm up / preparation 30 MIN
9:00am Form-up & formal Introductions for Examiners / Guests
9:15am Closed session 1 - Physical 3 HR
12:30pm Lunch Break (Please pack own lunch)
**NOTE: Those grading for blackstripe are dismissed. Those grading for 1st Dan + continue.
1:30pm Warm up / preparation 15 MIN
1:45pm Form-up
1:50pm - 4pm Closed session 2 - Physical 2.5 HR
4:15pm Bow out.

SUNDAY 7 DECEMBER
1st half of the day only those grading for 1st Dan +
8:30am Warm up / preparation 30 MIN
9:00am Form-up & formal Introductions for Examiners / Guests
9:15am Closed session 1 - First half theory, second half physical. 2.5 HR total
12pm Lunch Break (Please pack own lunch)

**NOTE: All grading applicants are to attend the afternoon (including current redbelts).
1pm Warm up / preparation 15 MIN
1:15pm Form-up
1:20pm Formal Introductions for Examiners / Guests
1:30pm - 4:30pm Open Grading Session (Public) 3 HR
4:30pm Debrief. Bow out.
6pm Dinner with Special Guests (Location TBC)
